Fernando Munoz, a well-known and respected businessman in the field of language learning and consulting with a base in Dongguan, Guangdong, has lived in China for more than 20 years. Since 2005, he has served as the founder and CEO of EZKIDS education training centers. His work as a language consultant for the administration of Dongguan in support of the United Nations IFPRA Livable Communities Awards in 2006 and 2008 is one of his major contributions toChinese society.
Among other things he presented a road sign repair project in 2007 that he had personally funded, and the neighborhood praised and appreciated it. And he took part in the Guangdong GreenWay signage project's Dongguan section in 2011. He frequently participates in voice-over productions for his local TV station. His contributions to the city of Dongguan demonstrate his capacity to convey in-depth knowledge of Chinese business and daily life.
In recognition of his remarkable contributions to society and the community while residing in China, Mr. Munoz was awarded "honorary citizenship" by the government of Dongguan in 2011. In addition, he has pursued interests in other spheres of life that have qualified him as a windsurfer, multiple INRONMAN finisher, and licensed skydiving and scuba diving instructor.
Fernando Munoz shares with the public his extensive expertise and experience gained in China for over 20 years. He presently runs three YouTube channels, including FerMuBe, which has 400+ videos and 31,000 followers. Are We Therre Yet Channel (3.1K followers and 50+ travel-related videos and podcasts to date), FerMuBe en Espanol, DouYin, TouTiao, and BiliBili are all accounts that fall under FerMuBe. He has hosted Tides of Change Season 2 for CGTN and two long-form documentaries for CCTV. He frequently works with CGTN, China Daily, and other provincial radio and TV stations.
